This programme goes beyond simply easing IBS symptoms - It's your step-by-step plan for lasting IBS relief. It helps you identify the root triggers, so you can manage your gut health with clarity and confidence.
You will complete a detailed assessment that looks at your diet, lifestyle, stress, and overall wellbeing - helping uncover the deeper factors that may be contributing to your symptoms.
Then together, we’ll uncover your unique triggers, ease your symptoms, and strengthen your understanding of the mind–body–gut connection for lasting wellbeing.
Finally, this new understanding will support your journey to lasting relief and a greater sense of overall wellness.
What sets me apart is my holistic approach to gut health. While nutrition is at the core of what I do, I recognise that true digestive wellness goes beyond food alone. I consider the many factors that influence gut health - from stress and lifestyle to mindset and daily habits and integrate them into a tailored plan that works for you. I’m also currently training as a gut-directed hypnotherapist, which will allow me to offer even more support for the gut-brain connection and help clients manage symptoms in a truly comprehensive way.
