The unpredictable symptoms-bloating, pain, urgent bathroom trips and sitting on the toilet for hours can disrupt your daily routine, affect your work, and make social situations stressful. It’s not just physical discomfort; the frustration and anxiety that come with it can weigh heavily on your emotional wellbeing too.
You’re not alone in feeling this way, and it’s okay to want more than just temporary symptom relief. Together, we can explore what’s truly affecting your gut and help you regain control, so you can feel comfortable, confident, and supported every step of the way.
You don't have to do it alone.
Support for IBS through the NHS often means facing long waiting lists, limited appointments, and very short consultation times. That can leave you feeling stuck and without the clear answers you deserve.
My programme is different. Before your first appointment, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire and food diary. This means I already have a full picture of your symptoms, history, and lifestyle so we can use our time together to focus on you, not on filling in background details. Instead of rushing, we dive straight into identifying the likely causes of your symptoms and creating practical, personalised solutions.
The result? You get clarity and an actionable plan from day one, without the months of waiting or the frustration of short, generic appointments.
Over 12 weeks, we’ll look at the bigger picture of your digestive health, including:
Gut–brain interaction – how stress, anxiety, or past trauma may be affecting your digestion
Gut microbiome & dysbiosis – whether imbalances may be contributing to your symptoms
Dietary quality & variety – ensuring your diet supports both gut health and overall wellbeing
Lifestyle factors – the impact of movement, sleep, and daily habits on your digestion
Importantly, if your symptoms are not improving despite following the plan carefully, I’ll also assess for other possible conditions that can mimic IBS, so nothing is missed.

The IBS Reset Masterplan is a structured 12-week programme designed to give you the time, guidance, and support needed to make lasting improvements to your gut health. Unlike a one-off consultation, where we can only cover the basics, the programme allows us to work together step by step identifying your unique triggers, trialling strategies, and adjusting your plan as we go.
You’ll benefit from:
-A detailed pre-assessment and food, mood & symptom diary
-A longer initial consultation (75 minutes)
-Multiple follow-up sessions to keep you on track
-Weekly email check-ins (optional) for extra support
-Exclusive resources, monitoring tools, and discounts
By spreading support over 12 weeks, the IBS Reset gives you accountability, reassurance, and a clear roadmap to help you feel calmer, more confident, and in control of your gut health.
The programme may include the low FODMAP exclusion and reintroduction diet - but only if it’s appropriate for you. The ultimate goal is always to finish with as much dietary variety as your gut can tolerate, helping you build a sustainable, enjoyable, and nourishing way of eating.
Yes, you will need to complete the pre-appointment questionnaire and symptom questionnaire at least 48hrs before the appointment, otherwise your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This is to ensure the I have sufficient time to prepare for your consultation and that the time together is spent asking less questions and giving you as much information as possible so you can get the most out of the consultation.
You do not need to have any tests done before your initial consultation. I will only recommend blood, breath, stool or other tests if they are indicated and valid. I can coordinate this either via your GP or your referring doctor.
Sometimes I recommend a referral to a gastroenterologist or other healthcare professional for further investigation or treatment. This can be arranged privately or via a letter to your GP if within the NHS.
I understand there are many stool and microbiome testing kits on the market that claim to offer clear diagnoses and personalised dietary advice. However, the current scientific evidence supporting these tests is still limited. At this time, the commercially available options do not reliably translate into practical or clinically useful recommendations.
I'm happy to discuss these further with you during your consultation if you're interested. My priority is to ensure you receive accurate, evidence-based guidance without unnecessary or costly testing. I focus on clinically proven approaches that can more effectively inform your personalised care plan.
At present I do not accept health insurance but this may change, so please check again in the future.
No, you do not need a referral from another healthcare professional to access my services. However, I do accept referrals from other healthcare professionals e.g. Medical Doctors, Dietitians, Nurses, Physiotherapists etc.
Yes, we can book in extra appointments at a discount if ongoing support is required. This will be tailored to your personal needs.
Life happens, and I completely understand that sometimes you may need to change your appointment. If you let me know at least 48 hours in advance, there’s no fee, and I’ll do my best to find an alternative date and time that works for you.
-24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the appointment fee will apply.
-Less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance: the full appointment fee will apply.
If you arrive late, the session will still need to finish at the original end time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, this may be treated as a non-attendance depending on the planned appointment duration.
For clients joining from overseas, please remember that all appointments are scheduled in UK time, so double-check the local time your side.
You’ll also need to complete and sign the consent form sent to you before the session. If this hasn’t been done at least 24 hours before your appointment, it may need to be cancelled.
Finally, please note there is a 14-day cooling-off period from the time of booking. This doesn’t apply if your appointment has already taken place within that time.
A Dietitian is a regulated healthcare professional who is legally recognised and must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the UK. Dietitians are trained to assess, diagnose, and treat dietary and nutritional problems including complex medical conditions like IBS, IBD, coeliac disease, and pancreatic or liver disorders.
A Nutritionist is not a protected title in the UK, meaning anyone can call themselves a nutritionist, regardless of their training. Some nutritionists are highly qualified, but not all have clinical training or work within medical settings.
A Dietitian may refer to themselves as both a Dietitian and Nutritionist but a Nutritionist is not allowed to refer to themselves as a Dietitian.
If you want support for gut health or a diagnosed medical condition, seeing a Registered Dietitian ensures you’re receiving evidence-based, safe, and personalised advice.
Our packages are designed to save you money - you’ll pay less than if you booked appointments separately.
